The two biggest mega-trends in the future of work; automation and an ageing population. If automation is set to eradicate millions of jobs then we need to think differently about where our future generations careers will be.

This article really made me think about which industries will still need jobs to be completed by robots and not machines. It seems no-brainer that the caring profession will need more and more people entering it. But with the recruitment challenges that we already face in that area, are we already too late?
